Stoke Newington traders

Portraits #10-15 of my square collection are of traders who work in the shops on my street. My flat is above commercial premises on the High Street and I see or interact with these people almost every day, but until I took these photos I didn’t know any of their names. Being a bit shy at times, this is one of the things I love about photography. It was great popping back in to give each one a print of their portrait this week. I intend to introduce myself in the same way to some more of my neighbouring traders in the coming weeks. Watch this space.
